New blog post - 10 bean chilli sin carne (kymmenen pavun chilli sin carne). My secret ingredients are a little grated raw cacao and @rost.co ‘s Ryhti filter coffee. This is my interpretation of the classic Italian dessert and my second recipe in collaboration with my friends at @rost.co It uses their Krafti espresso to give it a great hit of espresso and I have recreated the mascarpone by whipping together oat cream and @clearspringuk silken tofu.
