Instagram reminded me of my post a year ago today! I was going through a raw cake phase! This was my sea buckthorn raw cake topped with pomegranate, sea buckthorn crumb and edible flowers. Recipe on my blog if you are interested

Swirled homemade coconut yoghurt bowls! So simple, just made fruit purées from sea buckthorn, raspberries, blueberries, red currants and mango and swirled some through my coconut yoghurt! A happy mess!!

Nothing beats a good old fashioned crumble in this rainy weather! Made a quick almond and nectarine version and served it with a scoop of @oatly vanilla ice-cream. (Recipe in comments) Best thing about summer is that all my favourite fruits and berries come into season. Picked up a bucket full of nectarines from @lidlsuomi while they are so cheap.
