I will never be a pastry chef, but these nectarine gallettes were so good. Just a batch of vegan pastry, some slice nectarines and baked until golden. Perfect with a simple scoop of vanilla icecream

Madras roasted cauliflower, chickpeas and butter beans, a summery salad, lime, ginger and sesame dressing and a fresh avocado mango mayo.
