Summer is finally in full swing in Helsinki!! Did you know I designed a summer poke Buddha bowl, sold exclusively at @heypokehelsinki @citycenter_helsinki ? Madras roasted cauliflower, chickpeas and butter beans, a summery salad, lime, ginger and sesame dressing and a fresh avocado mango mayo. Not only is it vegan and gluten free but you can take it away too and enjoy it in the sun!
